Job summary

The Weill Cornell Medical College Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is looking for a full-time OBGYN Laborist to support the New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. The successful candidate will hold the rank of Assistant Professor and be responsible for providing in-house obstetrical coverage, supervising care for inpatients, and overseeing gynecologic consults.

Qualified applicants must possess a medical degree, complete a residency, and be board eligible or certified. The base salary range is $325,000 – $350,000, with actual salary based on various factors.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have a medical degree.
• Successfully completed an ACGME-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Must be board eligible or certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house obstetrical physician coverage.
• Supervise care for antepartum and postpartum inpatients.
• Oversee gynecologic consults and surgical management.
