Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in an applicable field.
NC Teaching License in applicable field.

Responsibilities

Provide instruction to students individually or in small groups to support academic progress.
Monitor and report student progress to inform placement and intervention decisions.
Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to implement best instructional practices.
Use data-driven interventions to raise student performance and achievement.
Maintain data-based documentation of student progress and communicate findings to school teams.
Identify students for placement in intervention groups and participate in placement discussions.
Assist with program development and staff development as needed.
