Qualifications

• Ability to design and implement instructional interventions and monitor progress.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Works with individual students or small groups to provide educational interventions and progress monitoring.
• Designs and implements instruction aligned with school standards, curriculum, and student needs.
• Instructs and monitors students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Keeps intervention records and communicates progress with staff and parents.
• Maintains attendance and ensures safety in the learning environment.
