Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA seeks an Academic Part Time Intern to support data-driven tool development for the Flight Projects Directorate. You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and create lightweight applications to improve business operations, decision‑making, and reporting across teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, can commit to 20 hours per week, and have strong MS Office and analytical skills with

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at least half-time in a accredited college pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Must be available to work 20 hours per week
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work with and interpret data
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, trackers, and lightweight applications.
• Support automation of manual workflows.
• Organize and structure data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain organizational charts, document libraries, and websites.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
