Job summary

Boise State University’s Office of the Dean of Students seeks a Student Conduct Programs Manager to advance academic integrity and coordinate student conduct processes for both in-person and online learning.

The role partners with eCampus, online faculty, the Online Testing Center, and Academic Affairs to strengthen reporting, education, and policy awareness, and to deliver faculty development on teaching practices, including Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in education or similar field.
• Have 3 years of experience in a higher education setting, interacting with students, faculty and staff.
• Have some experience teaching in a classroom or professional setting.
• Knowledge of the legal issues associated with student conduct and academic integrity.
• Experience working with online education.

Responsibilities

• Academic Integrity Education, Prevention, and Faculty Support—develop and deliver faculty professional development on teaching practices and Generative AI to prevent misconduct.
• Academic Misconduct Case Management and Student Support—advise and intervene to promote reflection and learning.
• Student Conduct Program Operations and Due Process—recruit, train, and support Conduct Program board members and Respondent Advisors.
