Job summary

Boise State University seeks a Student Conduct Programs Manager in the Office of the Dean of Students. The role focuses on coordinating the Academic Integrity Program and assisting with behavioral misconduct management, with attention to online education as eCampus expands.

You’ll collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to educate on policy, support conduct processes, and implement proactive integrity initiatives across learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education or similar field.
• Three years of experience in a higher education setting, interacting with students, faculty and staff.
• Experience teaching in a classroom or professional setting.
• Knowledge of the legal issues associated with student conduct and academic integrity.
• Experience working with online education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordination of Academic Integrity Education and Faculty Support across campus.
• Develop faculty professional development on teaching practices including Generative AI.
• Consult with faculty on reporting concerns, interpreting policy, and using student-centered reporting.
• Promote academic integrity and Student Code of Conduct compliance campus-wide.
• Coordinate Generative AI education and best practices within the division.
