Qualifications
- Hand Surgery or Upper Extremity Fellowship-Trained BC/BE Orthopaedic Surgeon
- Successful completion or eligibility to complete the Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand (formerly CAQ Hand)
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New Hampshire
