Job summary
Dartmouth Health is seeking an Academic Geriatrician to join our team in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The newly formed Section of Geriatric Medicine provides care across post-acute and long-term care, outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and home-based primary care initiatives.
The team offers care coordination, embedded psychiatry, and supportive services with opportunities for leadership, teaching, and scholarship within a renowned academic medical center.
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Fellowship trained in Geriatrics is a plus but not a requirement.
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in NH and VT.
