The Geriatrics Clinic at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health in Lebanon, NH is hiring a Clinical Nurse for a 40-hour-per-week, Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes autonomous practice guided by professional nursing tenets and evidence-based care.

You will join a nationally recognized Academic Medical Center with extensive CEU/Training, loan repayment up to $20,000, relocation assistance, and a supportive shared governance nursing model.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Recognize changes in patient status and modify the care plan accordingly.
• Uphold the ANA Code of Ethics and advocate for patient autonomy and informed consent.
• Mentor colleagues for advancement of nursing practice and participate in governance of practice.
• Precept student nurses, nurse externs, nurse residents and other care-team members.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
