The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine seeks a full-time General Surgeon to join our surgical team at UT Health East Texas facilities. The role emphasizes general surgery with minimally invasive approaches and optional endoscopy.

Join an established group of 2 General Surgeons with shared call 1:3, Level IV Trauma coverage, and robotics preferred. Texas Medical license by start date is required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Focus on general surgery with minimally invasive approaches.
• Endoscopy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to practice in a Level IV Trauma setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform a full spectrum of general surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with a two-surgeon team and participate in shared call 1:3.
• Utilize robotics when available to enhance care.
