Job summary

Saint Louis University invites applications for an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for the MOT program. This full-time non-tenure track role has a January 2026 start and 50% time dedicated to fieldwork coordination. The candidate will provide clinically focused learning opportunities for students.

Responsibilities include curriculum-aligned fieldwork design, student matching, progress communication, and representation at trainings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree is required.
• Licensed occupational therapist with at least five years of practice experience.
• At least three years of experience as a fieldwork educator for Level I/II or teaching at college/university level.
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Evidence of teaching experience and clinical education involvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to design fieldwork experiences that align with curriculum.
• Match and assign students to fieldwork placements and advise on Level I/II processes.
• Communicate with students and fieldwork educators regarding progress and performance.
• Represent the program at trainings, meetings, conferences and site visits.
