Job summary

National Louis University in Chicago seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to serve as Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for its developing MOT program at the Chicago campus. The 12-month, full-time administrative faculty role focuses on building fieldwork experiences integrated with curriculum and ACOTE accreditation.

The coordinator will lead Level I and II fieldwork, collaborate with faculty and community partners, and support student success and program growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current OT license or eligibility to be licensed in Illinois.
• Experience coordinating fieldwork and teaching in OT education.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of MOT Level I/II fieldwork experiences.
• Coordinate fieldwork aligned with curriculum and ACOTE standards.
• Provide orientation and ongoing support to fieldwork educators.
• Collaborate with faculty, program director, and community partners.
• Participate in accreditation activities and program improvement.
• Support student success and program development.
