Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Family Medicine Faculty Physician (MD/DO) to join an academic outpatient healthcare organization in Olney, IL. The role blends direct patient care with teaching, supervision, and mentorship of family medicine residents across the full scope, including obstetrics.

Faculty physicians work in a collaborative academic environment with residents, faculty, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a family medicine continuity clinic.
• Supervise and mentor family medicine residents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Precept residents regularly, supporting clinical skill development and patient management.
• Participate in clinical sessions (3–4 half-days per week) with resident supervision.
• Provide inpatient attending coverage for family medicine services several times per year.
• Perform and supervise family medicine procedures, including obstetrics as applicable.
• Participate in resident education through didactics, curriculum development, and advising.
• Engage in scholarly activities, quality improvement, and academic program development.
• Collaborate with faculty, residents, and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and academic standards.
