Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join an academic outpatient setting with a residency program. The role blends patient care with teaching and resident mentorship, including obstetrics where applicable.

The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, in-person, with a competitive compensation range and comprehensive benefits in a mission-driven environment committed to community-based care.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience or strong interest in teaching and resident supervision.
• Comfort practicing the full scope of family medicine, including obstetrics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to serving diverse patient populations and community-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in a family medicine continuity clinic.
• Supervise and mentor family medicine residents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Precept residents regularly, supporting clinical skill development and patient management.
• Participate in clinical sessions (3–4 half-days per week) with integrated resident supervision.
• Provide inpatient attending coverage for family medicine services several times per year.
• Perform and supervise family medicine procedures, including obstetrics as applicable.
• Participate in resident education through didactics, curriculum development, and advising.
• Engage in scholarly activities, quality improvement, and academic program development.
• Collaborate with faculty, residents, and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and academic standards.
