Job summary

Albany Medical College's Division of Endocrinology is recruiting an Academic Endocrinologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level to provide clinical care and educate students, residents and fellows.

Responsibilities include participating in bimonthly multidisciplinary conferences, exposure to a wide range of endocrinopathies, ultrasound-assisted thyroid procedures, and teaching medical students and trainees.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with board certification/board eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Strong commitment to education and teaching.
• Must work well in a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bimonthly multidisciplinary conferences (thyroid, pituitary, pathology).
• Educate students, residents and fellows; teach across training levels.
• Use ultrasound for thyroid ultrasounds and FNAs; contribute to clinical care.
