Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is required.
• Required: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Required Licenses/Certifications: Valid license to practice medicine in the State of California.
• Valid DEA license.
• Compliance with Emergency Medicine Board mandated education and training to maintain licensure and board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical emergency medicine services in the Highland Hospital ED.
• Supervise and teach residents, medical students, and other learners.
• Contribute to scholarly activities and residency teaching conferences.
• Ensure documentation and adherence to EM standards and policies.
