Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support in Wisconsin. The role involves day and night shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 6:30 PM–7:00 AM), with two NPs/PAs staffed for coverage.

Epic is used for EMR, and ABEM with ACLS/ATLS certifications are part of the requirements. ASAP start date and AMN’s comprehensive support package for malpractice insurance, travel, lodging, and transportation are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
• ACLS and ATLS certifications present.
• Locum tenens experience preferred (implied by assignment).

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department care as locum tenens physician.
• Cover day and night shifts as specified (7:00 AM–7:30 PM; 6:30 PM–7:00 AM).
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs during coverage.

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Physician shift times: Day shifts 7:00 AM-7:30 PM; Night shifts 6:30 PM-7:00 AM

Two Advanced Practice Clinicians (NPs/PAs) are staffed alongside the physician during day and evening coverage

General Surgery, Orthopedics, Hospitalist team, Telestroke services, Tele-ICU services, and on-site UW helicopter transport

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EpicAmerican Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
