Job summary

Lincoln Tech seeks an Academic Dean to expand and refine our training programs and to inspire faculty and students. The role involves direct recruitment, development, and management of a high-caliber team dedicated to innovative curricula and programs.

You will lead curriculum development, align resources with goals, and guide policy and program evaluation. Strong collaboration with senior leadership is essential to sustain Lincoln Tech’s education standards and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships with senior and executive management.

Responsibilities

• Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech.
• Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of resources to achieve quality results.
• Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.
• Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements.
• Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
• Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Focus on faculty recruitment to ensure qualified instructors for all programs.
