You will collaborate with the campus principal to plan data-informed instruction, enrollment support, scheduling, testing, and accountability to deliver high-quality, student-centered learning. The role requires a Texas principal/administrator certification, a Bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of teaching plus supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Principal or Administrator Certification required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience in instructional leadership, coaching, or data-driven instruction.
• Strong record of improving student academic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-level instructional leadership to drive student achievement.
• Develop master schedule to maximize instructional time.
• Use data to inform instruction and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers to analyze student work and performance trends.
• Ensure standards-aligned instruction across content areas.
• Support enrollment processes and counseling alignment as needed.
