The Dean will oversee academic operations, progress monitoring, and counseling to ensure students graduate prepared for college and career, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least two years' experience as a lead teacher/teacher of record in middle or high school classrooms.
• Experience helping students and families navigate college admission, financial aid, and scholarship procedures.
• Experience developing relationships with college access and college success organizations.
• Demonstrated strong achievement results and documented growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration, enrollment, withdrawal, and transfer of students and process records.
• Verify completion of registration packets and determine enrollment eligibility.
• Enter campus student information into the district SIS.
• Coordinate attendance processes and ensure compliance.
• Maintain digital course records and gradebook access.
• Assist with campus and student scheduling and transcripts.
