LCMC Health in New Orleans seeks a data-focused professional to organize the Academic Affairs learner pipeline. You will partner with schools, technology teams, and health-system leaders to ensure learner data is collected, maintained, and ready for reporting and access management.

You will improve data collection processes, use analytics tools to extract insights, and explore AI-enabled solutions to streamline operations and workforce intelligence for healthcare's next generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with related field experience.
• 1+ year of data-related project experience encouraged.
• Strong data management, organization, and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate learner data throughout the academic lifecycle.
• Partner with schools and programs to collect required learner information and meet deadlines.
• Maintain real-time learner rosters and manage access based on roles.
• Organize, standardize, and improve data collection processes across Academic Affairs.
• Use data management and analytics tools to extract, organize, validate, and analyze information.
• Maintain affiliation agreements, expiration dates, rotation sites, and learner data.
• Collaborate with IT and operational leaders to improve learner processes.
• Identify data quality issues and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support reporting and analysis for academic operations and learner pipelines.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to streamline data collection, reporting, analytics, and workforce intelligence.
