The role emphasizes data quality, process improvement, and collaboration with IT and leadership to streamline learner operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing data-related projects involving systems thinking, research, or analysis.
• Comfort with data collection, validation and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate learner data throughout the academic lifecycle.
• Partner with affiliated schools and academic programs to collect required learner information and meet deadlines.
• Maintain real-time learner rosters and ensure learners receive appropriate access based on roles.
• Organize, standardize, and improve data collection processes across Academic Affairs.
• Use data management and analytical tools to extract, organize, validate, and analyze information.
• Maintain academic affiliation agreements, expiration dates, rotation sites, and contracted learner information.
• Collaborate with IT and operational leaders to improve learner processes.
