Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education data analytics, institutional research, or student affairs assessment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases and data collection procedures for student affairs programs and services while ensuring data accuracy and FERPA compliance.
• Analyze student data to assess program effectiveness, prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders across Student Affairs.
• Provide training and support to help staff access, interpret, and utilize data for decision-making; maintain confidential student records.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Welcome programs, Orientation, Academic coaching, TRIO, Dual Enrollment, and other initiatives; measure ROI for student success investments.
