Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) seeks an Academic Coach to support students needing assistance in Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry. This walk-in position focuses on improving understanding, study skills, and independent learning in the WCTC Science Center.
The role emphasizes one-on-one and small-group coaching, collaboration with instructors, and leveraging educational technology to promote student success.
This position is responsible for delivering high-quality academic coaching for students needing additional assistance in Anatomy & Phsyiology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry. Designed to enhance students’ understanding of subject matter, improve study skills, and contribute to the students’ overall academic achievements, the position provides academic coaching in the WCTC Science Center on a walk-in basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Biology or closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Training and teaching experience in an educational setting required. Previous teaching experience required.
