Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience or equivalent combinations.
• Desirable: Doctorate in education, learning sciences or related field.
• Experience with medical students or graduate STEM students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess student learning needs and develop individualized learning plans.
• Provide one-on-one academic coaching and remediation support.
• Design workshops and resources for study skills and test prep.
• Collaborate with faculty to deliver evidence-based academic support programs.
• Analyze performance data to guide targeted interventions.
