Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic coaching to students using evidence-based learning strategies.
• Meet regularly with students and develop customized action plans.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students.
• Assess learning preferences and develop personalized study plans for exams.
• Monitor progress and implement proactive interventions.
• Refer students to counseling, disability resources, or other services.
• Deliver workshops on academic success and self-directed learning.
• Maintain knowledge of curriculum and document advising sessions.
