  • Familiarity with federal and state education regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support students on campus throughout the school day and after school.
  • Promote high expectations and student achievement.
  • Deliver presentations to students and families on assessment areas.
  • Identify students' goals and customize programs to support them.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, administration, and community agencies.
  • Facilitate meetings for students with academic and career concerns.
  • Implement retention strategies for at-risk students to support graduation.
