Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic interventions in reading and math using data from FastBridge and CMAS.
• Deliver proactive behavioral supports aligned with UIP and MTSS.
• Collaborate with teachers during PLCs to plan Tier 2/3 interventions.
• Document progress and incident trends to guide decisions.
• Partner with counselors and admin for wraparound supports.
