Park University is seeking a Compliance Analyst under the Registrar to ensure enrollment reporting, data integrity, and NAIA eligibility for student-athletes. You will collaborate with the Registrar, athletic staff, and various departments to submit reports and monitor eligibility and records.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in higher education, with strong Excel skills and experience with Jenzabar or an SIS. Excellent analytical and communication abilities required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years higher education experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for large data sets.
• Experience with Jenzabar or an SIS preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review, analyze, and update enrollment data with Registrar.
• Submit enrollment reports to National Student Clearinghouse per ED guidelines.
• Investigate anomalies and correct data; test updates for accuracy.
• Monitor, update, and disseminate data on course drops/withdrawals.
• Assess athletic eligibility for NAIA and coordinate with staff.
• Collaborate with departments on retroactive withdrawals and dates.
• Provide student and staff support via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate program records for state reporting.
