Eastern New Mexico University – Roswell is seeking an Academic Advisor to guide students toward degree completion and successful transfer plans. The role focuses on enrollment retention, tutoring programs, and referrals to campus resources.
You will maintain advising records, develop Individual Academic Plans, conduct study skills workshops, assist with financial aid forms, and collaborate with the Director of Student Support Services to support at‑risk students.

Position Summary: The Academic Advisor is responsible for assisting and encouraging students to remain enrolled in post‑secondary education, complete their degrees, and/or transfer to a four‑year institution. This position reports directly to the Director of Student Support Services.
