Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with and communicates to retain students within CAH; primary contact for Clemson Bridge to Clemson and Success Matters programs; assists with recruiting materials and pre-departure orientation development.
• Recruits prospective students by providing information on admission, degree requirements, career outlook, and CAH programs; serves as primary contact for prospective transfer students to Languages, Language and International Health and Language and International Business; coordinates events and special programs.
• Provides supportive counseling and refers students to campus services; serves as liaison for parent inquiries; manages registration activities for advisees; evaluates transfer credits and advises on curriculum and policy.
• Advises students in Languages, Language and International Health and Language and International Business on orientation, registration, course selection, transfer credits, and major changes; assigns faculty advisors and coordinates advisor development.
