Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and support to a caseload of students.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress and retention indicators.
• Conduct regular outreach to students via calls, texts, emails, and meetings.
• Assist students in developing academic success plans and overcoming barriers to completion.
• Collaborate with faculty, admissions, financial aid, and student services teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and document advising interactions.
• Counsel students regarding academic policies, procedures, and graduation requirements.
• Identify at-risk students and implement intervention strategies.
• Support orientation, registration, and student engagement initiatives.
