Southeast Louisiana University’s College of Honors and Excellence's Office for First Year Success invites applications for the position of College Success Advisor. The College Success Advisor (CSA) supports the transition of sophomores into the College and provides proactive advising and early intervention for students from sophomores through seniors on academic probation in the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences (AHSS). Embedded within AHSS and reporting to the director of First-Year Success, this position works in close partnership with faculty advisors, the First-Year Success office, the Academic & Career Exploration office, and the Tinsley Learning Center to support students through the critical transition from the first to second year and to serve as a resource for holistic student success support for at-risk students.
