Job summary

Peak Health is seeking an ACA Production Lead to oversee the production and operations of marketplace plans, ensuring CMS and ACA compliance while coordinating with partners across West Virginia.

The role focuses on recruitment, engagement, sales strategy, and coaching for agents and agency leaders, with emphasis on training, enrollment targets, and agent retention throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus ACA sales experience or healthcare background.
• WV Life & Health license active and in good standing.
• Experience with ACA marketplace sales and broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets throughout the year with emphasis on enrollment periods.
• Increase RTS agent participation and grow agent relationships for retention.
• Develop and deliver sales training via in-person and virtual methods.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on vendor programs and tasks.
• Manage daily lead assignments, follow-up, and closing activity.
