Job Summary

As a member of the Risk Adjustment Execution & Enablement team, this role supports prospective risk adjustment programs, including ACA point-of-care and in-office assessment initiatives, by analyzing program performance and identifying opportunities to improve member outcomes and operational effectiveness. This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division; creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; and producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. The position interfaces between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools and analyses that are actionable within the business environment, while working closely with program leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic program development and execution. Responsibilities include analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources, identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets, conducting research related to strategic initiatives, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role works closely with customers to build relationships and continuously gains a deeper understanding of the division's data in order to meet evolving business needs and advance prospective risk adjustment strategies.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action.
• Experience gathering and document business requirements in support of information-related strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems;
• Experience taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Knowledge of various software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools and technologies.
• Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence.
• Experience in leading functional teams and projects.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python etc.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering or mathematics.
• Master degree.
• Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management
• Healthcare analytics experience, preferably supporting ACA, Risk Adjustment, population health, care delivery, or quality improvement programs.
• Knowledge of prospective Risk Adjustment programs, including in-home assessments and point-of-care assessment initiatives.
• Experience analyzing healthcare program performance and translating insights into operational or strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to support program strategy, implementation, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency with SQL and querying large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with healthcare data, including claims, eligibility, clinical, or encounter data.

Base Pay Range

$84,400.00 - $152,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
