Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 4 years work experience in structured finance (ABS preferred)
• Exceptional writing and strong quantitative/technical skills required
• Self-motivated with ability to manage timelines across many projects
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit, legal and structural elements of ABS transaction structures
• Assist in development of ratings criteria; write reports and develop recommendations
• Deploy and implement cashflow models and tools used in the rating process
• Lead and/or support research projects
• Maintain assigned rating relationships
