Job summary

Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake is looking for an energetic Barback to join our team in Brainerd, MN. You will restock supplies, help bartenders, and ensure clean, organized bar areas while providing friendly guest service.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation starts at $15 per hour with tips potential, and opportunities for growth exist within the Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ to service alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay is $15/hr plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, coolers, storage rooms, and service stations.
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly.
• Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment as needed.
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties.
• Refill ice bins and monitor inventory levels during service.
• Support bartenders in delivering fast and friendly guest service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events, banquets, or special functions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers.
