Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to originate and distribute asset-based lending transactions. You will collaborate with Structuring, Portfolio Management, Risk, Operations, and Legal to ensure strong client experience and risk management.

The role can be based in New York City or Dallas, TX, and requires 11–15 years of experience with SIE and Series 79 or 63 licenses. Base salary is $250,000 with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 79 or 63.
• 11–15 years of related work experience.
• Subject matter expertise including industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through targeted clients/prospects with banking.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise and translate knowledge into strategic dialogue.
• Generate $10–$15MM annual revenue.
• Manage syndication process for left lead ABL transactions.
• Collaborate with risk and other partners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior teammates.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively.
• Demonstrate Truist values and adhere to risk/compliance policies.

• 1. Drive revenue through targeted clients/prospects in coordination with banking.
• 2. Demonstrate subject matter expertise; translate knowledge into strategic dialogue and value added ideas which result in lead roles
• 3. Generate $10-15MM annual revenue
• 4. Manage syndication process for left lead ABL transactions
• 5. Collaborate with internal partners, including risk, to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• 6. Mentor and develop junior teammates.
• 7. Communicate complex or difficult ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively.
• 8. Demonstrate the Truist values
• 9. Adheres to risk/compliance policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• 1. BA/BS degree
• 2. Licenses: SIE, Series 79 or 63
• 3. 11-15 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1. MBA degree, with a Finance focus
• 2. 5+ years of capital market experience

The annual base salary for this position is $250,000.00. Additional incentive pay is available for this position.
