Job summary

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to supervise and train participant employees and supervisors at the Hanscom Air Force Base site. This role supports adults with disabilities and requires adherence to government contract requirements and Goodwill policies.

You will work with the Worksite Manager to plan schedules, monitor quality, ensure safety, and provide hands-on coaching. Strong communication, supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of supervisory experience in janitorial or housekeeping services.
• An Associate’s degree in Social Services or related field is a plus.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagrams, schedules).
• First-aid/CPR certification and MA driver’s license with clean record preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with disabilities.
• Strong writing and reporting abilities; ability to present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train participant employees and supervisors at the worksite.
• Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and the Statement of Work.
• Assist Worksite Manager with schedules, task planning, and building services at Hanscom AFB.
• Direct and implement quality control programs meeting contract standards.
• Maintain safety and environmental rules related to cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Develop work plans and assign daily tasks; manage workflow within budgets and goals.
• Foster positive relationships with contracting and QA officials and resolve issues.
