Scout Healthcare Staffing in Abilene, TX is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to source and place RNs, LVNs, and allied health professionals for local and regional assignments. This in-office role requires knowledge of rural staffing dynamics and a commitment to community health in West Texas.

The ideal candidate will build strong pipelines, leverage ATS/CRM systems, and collaborate with our Abilene team to meet ongoing staffing needs for rural and regional facilities.

Qualifications

2-4 years nurse staffing experience in staffing agencies or healthcare systems.
Experience with RNs, LVNs or allied health staffing.
Strong knowledge of the nursing and allied staffing community.
Excellent verbal and written communication; outbound recruitment skills.
Must live in or near Abilene, TX and be able to work onsite daily.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and place RNs, LVNs, and allied health professionals for local and regional assignments.
Build and maintain pipelines via cold calling and referrals.
Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate follow-up.
Track candidate profiles using ATS/CRM platforms and maintain relationships.
