Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience (staffing agency experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Bilingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in a variety of roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and clients
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking system
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding paperwork
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and match candidates accordingly
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates
• Track daily activity, meet performance metrics, and contribute to office goals
