• Greet members in a friendly, professional, courteous manner
• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks, money orders
• Resolve member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist members with online and mobile banking and other remote services
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, credit union policies, security and confidentiality
• Assist with routine operational and administrative tasks
• Support branch goals by delivering outstanding member service and teamwork

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and account maintenance
• Resolve member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist members with online and mobile banking as well as other remote services
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuratetransaction records
• Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, credit union policies, security procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Assist with routine operational and administrative tasks as assigned
• Support branch goals by delivering outstanding member service and contributing to a positive team environment
