Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Roger L. Jenkins Transplant Institute offers a one-year Abdominal Transplantation APP Fellowship for newly graduated and experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.

Fellows join a high-volume, multidisciplinary team providing care for liver, kidney, and HPB conditions. Structured rotations, mentorship, elective options, and a pathway to ASTS Advanced Transplant Provider Certification are included, with a full-time position and subsidized conference

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PA or NP program from an accredited institution.
• NCCPA certification or examination-registered for PAs; AANP/ANCC certification for NPs.
• Massachusetts PA license or license-eligible; MA DEA and DPH registrations for prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inpatient and outpatient transplant care within a high-volume, multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in listing conferences, UNOS/OPTN meetings, tumor boards, and M&M conferences.
• Complete a faculty-mentored quality improvement or research project and attend a medical conference.
