ABB in Richmond, Virginia seeks an Operations/Supply Planner to develop and execute integrated production and supply plans, manage capacity and inventory, and support S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment.

You will analyze production data, drive ERP-based planning, and lead cross-functional meetings to improve plan adherence and efficiency, while benefiting from ABB's development and support programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2 years of production planning and purchasing experience.
• In lieu of degree, 2 additional years of experience accepted.
• Experience with SAP ERP Production or Material Management module.
• Experience in supplier relations and planning tools; quality processes and terms.

Responsible for developing and executing integrated production and supply plans, managing capacity planning, coordinating Sales & Operations Planning processes, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. Analyze production and supply chain data, drive ERP-based planning processes, facilitate cross-functional planning meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plan adherence and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.Minimum Requirements:• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience performing production planning and purchasing• In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience• Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:Using SAP ERP, including the Production or Material management moduleWorking in supplier relations, including performing Supplier Management and using planning tools, quality processes, commercial terms, and standard planningsPerforming capacity planning, material planning, and inventory management• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.We are offering a salary of $129,375 to $186,500 per year.What's in it for youWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
