Allied Restoration, Inc. is seeking an Abatement Manager to oversee asbestos, lead, mold, and other environmental abatement projects from start to finish.

You will lead field teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage project profitability, and drive growth of the abatement division. The ideal candidate has strong operational, estimating, and project management skills, with experience managing multiple crews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of asbestos, lead, mold, or environmental remediation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and state environmental regulations.
• Experience managing multiple crews simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all abatement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and subcontractors for efficiency and timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and material usage; manage change orders and billing as needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and lead safety programs; conduct regular audits and investigations.
