Job summary

Hanover Public Schools in Hanover, Massachusetts is seeking an ABA Tutor for the middle school to implement individualized ABA programs and provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to develop communication, social, academic, and self-care skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in communication, social, academic, and self-care skills.
  • Utilize reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughout sessions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to review data and adjust programming.
  • Support students during transitions, mealtimes, and classroom activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across settings.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times.

Education

Bachelor degree preferred
