Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC in Georgia seeks dedicated, energetic professionals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will support Board-Certified Behavior Analysts in implementing individualized behavior plans for toddlers, children and teens, delivering compassionate ABA services.

This role emphasizes direct therapy, data collection, collaboration with the BCBA, and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician credential is required.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity as needed.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Maintain and debrief caregivers after each session.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in trainings and staff meetings.
• Adapt to working in home, school, and community settings.
