Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high quality ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. The role includes 1:1 client work, data collection, and collaboration with families to support meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification or are pursuing it, 1–2 years with children, and at least 1 year in ABA, plus a psychology-related degree preferred. On-site roles with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred and may be required for certain roles.
• 1–2 years experience with children is highly preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA is preferred.
• Bachelor’s in psychology or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors, and others to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other clinically indicated locations.
