Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high quality ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes 1:1 client work, data collection, and collaboration with families to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• All States
• RBT certification highly preferred
• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred
• At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for helping others
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and support treatment decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others to inform and improve plans
• Provide services to clients in center, home, school, or other settings as indicated
• Schedule may include driving between clients
