Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Apache Junction, AZ seeks a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.

Role requires a Bachelor's Degree with proof of degree; paid RBT certification is provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; must provide proof of degree.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience with children or caregiving is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
